Use a soft measuring tape around the middle of the neck, pulled snug with zero slack.
- 10.75–11.75" (27.3–29.8cm) — Size 11 / Small
- 12–12.75" (30.5–32.4cm) — Size 12 / Medium
- 13–13.75" (33.0–34.9cm) — Size 13 / Medium

How should it feel when worn?
It may feel snug at first, but most athletes report they no longer notice it after a practice or two — similar to breaking in other new equipment.
Is it compatible with other gear?
Yes. It's designed to work alongside existing protective equipment — sitting comfortably below helmets, above shoulder pads, without interfering with mouthguards, pads, or other standard gear. For hockey, it can be worn underneath an existing neck or laceration guard without affecting fit.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're unsure after measuring, choose the smaller size. If it doesn't fit upon receipt, you have 30 days to exchange it for the right size.
