These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Brain Protection Australasia ("we", "us", "our"), the official Australian and New Zealand distributor of the Q-Collar. By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Brain Protection Australasia (ABN 34 698 272 623) distributes the Q-Collar exclusively within Australia and New Zealand under license from Q30 Innovations. Our registered address is PO Box 7030, Geelong West, Victoria 3218, Australia. We do not manufacture the Q-Collar; all products sold are genuine, manufactured and inspected by Q30 Innovations in the United States.

2. Eligibility and Intended Use

Products sold on this site are intended for athletes aged 13 and over. The Q-Collar is designed to be worn as an additional layer of protection alongside existing protective equipment, and does not replace helmets or other safety gear. Please review the product and Science pages on this site for further information on intended use and limitations.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We currently accept orders for delivery within Australia and New Zealand only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping timeframes, returns, exchanges, and warranty terms are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

5. Product Information and Claims

We aim to ensure that information about the Q-Collar, including any statements regarding its FDA clearance and supporting research, is accurate and consistent with the manufacturer's published claims. FDA clearance is a United States regulatory status; it does not constitute a therapeutic claim or approval under Australian or New Zealand law. See our Science page for further detail.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Brain Protection Australasia or Q30 Innovations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Protection Australasia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent New Zealand legislation.
