This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Brain Protection Australasia are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Where We Ship

Brain Protection Australasia ships to addresses within Australia and New Zealand only, in line with our exclusive regional distribution license for the Q-Collar. We do not currently ship to any other country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
